The game, named the Black Country Derby, is considered a game with a huge rivalry among the teams facing it, and it remained totally clear for the media and the fans after it could be seen how West Brom and Wolves fans clashed as a result of objects being thrown after the 0-2.
It happened in the 82nd minute of the game, just a few minutes after Cunha scored the second goal for the visitors in the 79th. Fans jumped onto the pitch and the police had to intervene to restore order. The referee sent the players to the locker room, and West Brom defender Kyle Bartley was pictured leading two young children away from the pitch.

About 30 police officers and a similar number of stewards tried to calm the situation - but despite four announcements for fans to leave the field, the game was not restarted as fans were reluctant to get off the pitch and an FA Cup resolution will be awaited in the next few days to give continuation to the competition’s fixture.
