When a player wants to leave a team, there are few things that team can do to keep him. For even if the player in question has a contract, there is little point in having a player, no matter how good he is, if he is not happy at the club, as he will never perform at the level expected.

Such is the case of Christian Pulisic, the 24-year-old American winger who has gradually seen his role diminish at Chelsea, so he has already told the Blues' board to sell him this summer, and although there are several teams interested in him, Pulisic has asked to be sold to AC Milan, as his desire is to play in Serie A with the Rossoneri team.

Everything seems to indicate that, despite the fact that he has not had many minutes of play in recent months with Chelsea, the relationship between Christian Pulisic and the Stamford Bridge board is quite good, so they would have decided to fulfill his desire and ignore other offers and focus on reaching an agreement with AC Milan. That is why, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano, both boards will meet this Friday to close the transfer of Pulisic.

Christian Pulisic is currently valued at 25 million euros, a considerable drop in his value taking into account that he was worth up to 60 million at some point in his career, which works in favor of the Italian club, as it is reported that they would pay around 20 million plus variables to be able to sign him.

When could Pulisic's transfer to AC Milan be completed?

According to Fabrizio Romano, talks between the two clubs seem to be going well, and AC Milan are confident that they will be able to close the deal in the next 24 to 48 hours, and then make the official announcement.
