Manchester City’s coach Pep Guardiola could have received bad news in their research for a new midfielder for his team, as the German player Toni Kroos would require a special condition to arrive to the Sky Blues for the next summer transfer market window, as it was reported in the last few hours.
According to the Italian journalist and transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, the rumors linking the German player with Manchester City would not be confirmed at all on any side at the moment, as the player would require a concrete request to develop the negotiations with the Citizen.
Following the Fabrizio Romano sources, the player would have privately requested to wait until the second part of the season to start talks about a potential arrival to the Mancunian team, as he would be willing to decide the next steps he would like to give in his career during the second part of the season, when the end of the campaign could be closer and he could have thought about the next adventure to take after Real Madrid.
In this sense, the player could decide to follow a new challenge outside the Spanish team, as Manchester City would be willing to offer him a contract of €15 million per year to the German player, who was about to leave Real Madrid last season and they could try to convince him soon.
