Manchester United’s striker Rasmus Hojlund finally made his debut with the Red Devils last week on the fourth day of the 2023/2024 Premier League season against Arsenal in the Emirates Stadium, joining the game at the 66th minute and having an interesting cameo in one of the English top stadiums.
The Danish striker, who was about to score his first goal with an action on which Manchester United’s coach Erik Ten Hag claimed for a penalty, is currently with the Denmark national team, once he was confirmed to have recovered from the back injury that avoided him to make his United’s debut some weeks before.
In this sense, his coach in Denmark national team, Kasper Hjulmand, did not hesitate to analyze the debut of Rasmus Hojlund with the Red Devils, leaving surprising words about it, since the manager would have agreed with Erik Ten Hag in the opinion about the player’s performance on the pitch of the Emirates Stadium.
Hjulmand left clear that the striker is a promising prospect, and he did not have any doubt on praising him for his debut with United. "I think his cameo was convincing. He left his mark on the game during the minutes he played. He had a little more than what was expected of him. He's done well and he's in good form. He won't be able to play 90 mins twice during the break, but we have a plan to get the best out of him", said Hujlmand.
