Manchester United’s players continue working on their pre-season to prepare the next step in the Ten Hag’s project at the club, which will be driven by the highest football standards to be able to compete in all competitions next season. In this sense, Ten Hag has requested the club to have as many elite players as possible to build his squad, but they still have some work to do.
At this moment, the club is trying to sell the players identified by Ten Hag as transferable, in order to raise some funds to sign the players he wants for his squad. In that sense, during the last few days Manchester United have been really receptive to the offers appearing for their players, but the club hasn’t had its expectations corresponded.
One of those offers have recently been received, since according to the British media Galatasaray could have made an offer for Fred, which was immediately rejected by Manchester United, considering it ridiculous. The Turkish team sent to United an offer around €5-6 million for the Brazilian midfielder, which the Red Devils didn’t even consider.
In this sense, the Mancunian club has been reported to have valued Fred at €25 million, and could be waiting for new offers for the player, since several Saudi Pro League teams have shown interest in the Brazilian midfielder, while Manchester United could be also expecting an offer from Fulham, which would be a interesting option for Fred in the Premier League.
