Ex Manchester United striker Jesse Lingard surprised in the Premier League during the last few hours, since he returned to training with West Ham, one of his former teams where he had some of the best moments in his career. In this sense, it is worth remembering that Lignard is currently a free agent in the market after terminating his contract with Nottingham Forest at the end of June following a season playing for the team of the City Ground. The English striker had his latest great season at West Ham, during a loan transfer in the second half of the 2020/2021 season, when he completed 16 games with the Hammers scoring nine goals.

Lingard, who would be willing to join the Hammers again, spoke this summer about the need of finding a serious project suiting him, leaving clear that he would not have discarded to join the Saudi Pro League, where several teams would have already shown interest on his signing to improve their squad.

The player was training with two MSL clubs in the last few months

Until this moment, Ligard has spent time training with two MLS clubs to be fit enough to join any team in the next few weeks. The English striker was training with DC United, managed by the Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney and Inter Miami, who passed up on the opportunity to sign him in the last few weeks, circumstances which would have made Lingard to be willing to join one of the teams where he enjoyed in his career, West Ham United
