Manchester United’s academy player Hannibal Mejbri recently went viral in one of the most commented actions in the week, when he appeared mocking Liverpool player Mohamed Salah with a goal celebration after Tunisia defeated Egypt in a friendly game played in the 30 June Stadium of Egypt in El Cairo.

The Tunisian national team won 1-3 to the Mohamed Salah’s side, with an early goal from Aïssa Laïdouni, which was followed by an Hamdi Fathi own goal conceded by Egypt, who could score through Omar Kamal in the first half, minutes before the Tunisian player Hamza Rafia could seal the Tunisian final victory in the injury time.

The third Tunisian goal caused the celebration of the Tunisian players, where Hannibal Mejbri joined Rafia imitating and mocking at the Mohamed Salah’s usual yoga celebration after scoring a goal, highly known by the Liverpool fans, who were annoyed through the social media with the viral video of the Tunisian players.

In this sense, it is worth remembering that Mohamed Salah usually celebrates his goals standing in front of the fans with his left leg raised to the knee on his right leg and his hands clasped together in prayer, a position known as “the tree” in yoga, meaning balance and grounding, which now Manchester United’s Hannibal Mejbri, with real options to have minutes of play in the next few games with the Red Devils imitated, causing the anger of the Liverpool fans.
