After having completed the arrival of Mason Mount and with the goalkeeper Andre Onana closer and closer to Manchester United, Erik Ten Hag is turning his efforts to sign a striker who can be able to lead the team’s attack and help Marcus Rashoford in the offensive area of the team.
In this sense, the big name set as a top priority by Ten Hag is the Tottenham striker Harry Kane. The English international has still one year left in his contract and his club has already made the huge effort of proposing him a renewal improving his current salary, but at the moment Kane hasn’t signed it. As reported by the English media, the striker could be looking for opportunities outside the club this summer, which have made the biggest European clubs to be monitoring Kane's situation.
Among the teams interested in the player are Bayern Munchen and Real Madrid, who are joining the race with English clubs like Manchester United and Chelsea. However, the Tottenham Spurs owner, Daniel Levy is reluctant to sell the player, having valued him at £100 million in case he must be sold and apparently being against selling Kane to another English club.
In the last few hours we have been able to know that Manchester United and their coach Erik Ten Hag haven’t said their last word in the Kane saga. According to the British media, the Dutchman is keen to count on Kane for the next season, and he would do everything to sign him in case the Tottenham owner Daniel Levy becomes receptive to sell Kane to a Premier League club, as Manchester United could be ready to reach the £100 million to satisfy their coach.
