The 24-year-old English international Declan Rice is one of the big names in this Premier League’s transfers market window, as he has been proved as one of the main stars in the English football, and arrives from leading the West Ham’s midfield in the English and the European competitions this season. This is the reason which turns Rice in an attractive signing for most of the clubs of the Premier League Big 7.

Declan Rice is close to leaving West Ham after rejecting multiple offers to extend his contract, which expires in 2024, and the Irons have already told him he can go but in exchange of the prohibitive amount of £100 million.

As reported by the English journal The Telegraph, Manchester United are at the limit with the Financial Fair Play in the Premier League, but they are trying to negotiate to include some players as part of the transfer payment to West Ham. The names of Harry Maguire and Scott McTominay appear as the main options, as the West Ham coach David Moyes is a great admirer of McTominay, who also could contribute to replace Declan Rice’s absence in the team.

According to the Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Rice's future will be decided in a financial battle between Arsenal and Manchester City. Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta is willing to count on Declan Rice for the next season, and his club has already seen two bids sent worth £80m and £90m rejected for the player.

Given the huge finances at Pep Guardiola’s disposal, it is likely City will be able to match West Ham’s demands straight away, but Arsenal hasn’t said its last word in the negotiation. Following Fabrizio Romano sources, in the next few hours the Gunners are expected to come back with an improved third offer which could get very close to that £100m figure which can end with the player arriving to Arsenal.
