Manchester United are still for sale. The Glazer family is willing to sell the club immediately, but only if the right price can be reached. They know what the Red Devils are worth and they are not going to cheapen it like everyone thinks.
Still, many fans are excited about what this purchase would be. There are two major interested parties, one that is in England and, again, Middle Eastern investment. The one that also has neighbouring Manchester City succeeding in Europe.
Jassim bin Hammad al-Thani and the Nine-Two Foundation group are the ones who are getting closer in this race. But they also have a limit to their patience, going so far as to say that the latest offer they have made will be the final one. They will wait longer and could pull their money out of Old Trafford. Which might not be so competitive to Erik ten Hag's side.
If the sale were to go through, the first purchase of this investment group would be Neymar Jr. The PSG midfielder would no longer be comfortable without his teammate Lionel Messi who has just moved to MLS, and would prefer to have all the limelight in the Premier League.
Several sources report that PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi is the man who is helping Hammad al-Than's group of investors and could be confirming the sale of Manchester United in the next few days, if the Glazer family decide to sell.
