Chelsea has been impacted in the last few hours by the words his new coach Mauricio Pochettino said in press conference, as he sent a strong message to the club’s owner Todd Boehly and it hasn’t been unnoticed among the fans and the journalist following the Chelsea news, who have immediately commented the situation and a point of disagreement could have been found between the manager and his new club.

At the moment, Chelsea is immersed in the sales of several team players identified as transferable by Pochettino. In this sense, the club has been raising funds to be ready to invest in the market. Kai Havertz signed with Arsenal (€70m), Mateo Kovacic joined Manchester City (€29m), Édouard Mendy left for Al-Ahli (€18.5m), Kalidou Koulibaly was recruited by Al Hilal (23 M€), AC Milan signed Ruben Loftus-Cheek (16 M€) and Christian Pulisic (20 M€) and finally, Mason Mount left for Manchester United (64 M€), making a total of €240 million.

However, Chelsea hasn’t made a big investment yet, and Mauricio Pochettino has claimed for reinforcements in his last press conference, complaining about the delay in signing big players in the market. “I want the right profiles, the right players, to come in and improve the team. Of course, sooner is always better. We have to work very hard to achieve the goals we have set ourselves. We know it is difficult. We have a very young group. It's a challenge. This is something we knew when we agreed to lead this club", said Pochettino.

Pochettino expects XXL transfers

In this sense, after having seen how the Chelsea’s owner, Todd Boehly spent more than €600 million last season, between recruits and various coaching changes, Mauricio Pochettino could feel frustrated for not having received any big signing at the moment, and he has sent a strong message to the club and its owner to complete XXL transfers soon as he had been promised when he signed for Chelsea.
