Erik Ten Hag is taking care of all the details of his Manchester United project, and the Dutchman knows that another step should be taken to approach the club to the top European level. In that sense, the coach has asked the club to sign elite players, and he has a clear idea of what that means, with one top priority target ahead of all the rest

Since very early in the transfer market, the signing of the Tottenham Spurs striker Harry Kane has become an obsession for Ten Hag, while Tottenham has been reluctant to sell and Manchester United has been reported not to have enough budget to complete the transfer. Meanwhile, some other clubs have joined the race to sign the player and one of them could decide to sign him in the next few weeks.

According to the French media, Harry Kane has been identified as the top target to reinforce the PSG attack by the new PSG coach Luis Enrique Martinez, and the PSG boss Al Khelaifi and the sporting director Luis Campos would be ready to satisfy their coach's demands. Actually, PSG would be ready to offer a 5-year contract, with a lower salary than the one he currently earns at Tottenham.

Luis Campos was already in London to make inquiries for the player

Despite there is still no concrete offer on the table, PSG sporting director Luis Campos has already been in touch with Tottenham, since last week he flew to London to make inquiries for the player. At this moment, Bayern Munchen seems to be out of the deal, and PSG gets advantage for Kane, as the Tottenham’s owner Daniel Levy is reluctant to sell the player to any Premier League rival.
