Liverpool’s new midfielder the Argentine Alexis Mac Allister expressed his first feelings after two months playing for Liverpool and impacted the fans with his revelations. The player, arrived from Brighton in early July for 42 €million, has been a fixed piece in Jürgen Klopp’s system since his arrival as he already made his debut with Liverpool in the Premier League in their opener against Chelsea in Stamford Bridge.

The Argentine player, who was given the iconic Liverpool’s number 10 shirt, performed a decent game in his debut according to the stats he made in the game against Chelsea, offered by the Football Data company Opta Sports. Mac Allister completed 52 passes and one key pass ended in the Luis Diaz goal; six long balls and four accurate long balls, three tackles won and an interception, and two successful dribbles.

In this sense, the player has revealed to the Liverpool official media the feelings he had during his debut with Liverpool in Stamford Bridge, saying that he felt it as a special moment in his career, and he confessed to have felt very happy for having made his debut with the team in such an important game.

The player commented the 1-1 draw obtained against Chelsea

In this respect, Mac Allister also commented on his first months in Liverpool and gave his opinion about the 1-1 draw obtained by Liverpool against Chelsea. "It's an honor for me to be in this club. I can already see how big this club is. Against Chelsea, we had an intense game against a very good team with good players. We know that they improved a lot during pre-season. So, it wasn’t the result we wanted but it's still a point and we’ll move on", said Mac Allister.
