The qualifiers for Euro 2024, to be held in Germany, continue. Some teams have all but booked their ticket to the European showpiece, but others are making life difficult for themselves with just a few days to go before the final qualifiers are over.
Norway's top player today is erling haaland. The Manchester City striker has broken all the scoring records in the Premier League and has achieved the treble after winning the UEFA Champions League.
Even Josep Guardiola has declared in a press conference that without the help of the so-called 'android' they would not have been able to come back in the Premier League and win the top club competition in Europe.
But now their qualification for Euro 2024 is in jeopardy because of an unbelievable situation that happened in the match against Scotland and that could relegate them completely from this competition despite the stars they have in their squad.
An unprecedented comeback happened in the match between Norway and Scotland in the qualifiers for the 2024 European Cup. Erling Haaland's team, who scored the Nordic goal, was leading 1-0 in the 61st minute. But in the 87th minute the Scots equalised and two minutes later they turned it around. Norway are bottom of their group, which is now led by the British and second-placed Spain.
