After having sold many of their main players, Chelsea is totally on the transfer market window. The London team has fresh cash to make huge investments without being affected by the UEFA Financial Fair Play Regulations and very soon could be doing their first move.
In this sense, several big names have been linked with Chelsea in the last few days, such as Moises Caicedo, Lautaro Martinez and Paulo Dybala. However, the new Chelsea project is not only considering proven world class players but also the most promising football superstars in the world.
A proof of that vision has been the ability shown by Chelsea at the Brazilian market, from where they have already signed several interesting young stars, with presence in the young squads of the Brazilian international team, such as Andrey Santos from Vasco or Angelo Gabriel from Santos.
Chelsea's plans haven’t ended at the Brazilian market as they are now targeting a new promising wonderkid whois already negotiating with FC Barcelona. We talk about the striker Vitor Roque from Atletico Paranaense. According to the Spanish media, the Blues would be offering Vitor Roque a salary of €10 million gross compared to the €3.5 million he will earn in his first year at Barcelona. Despite the negotiations between the player and the Catalan club are close to completing the deal, Chelsea is ready to hijack the move, taking this player compared with Ronaldo Nazario to Stamford Bridge.
