Erik Ten Hag is looking for imaginative solutions to be able to sign more players in this transfer market, recently slowed down due to the UEFA Financial Fair Play Regulations, which are avoiding Manchester United to make big investments unless they haven’t sold some players before.

In order to raise funds which can allow the club be able to sign the elite players his new project requires, Ten Hag is open to sell at least 13 players from his current squad, among whom we can find the English international Jadon Sancho, who arrived to Old Trafford in exchange of €85 in 2021 and hasn’t been able to show what everybody in Manchester United expected from him.

The player, rarely impressing during the season, has finished this campaign with only 7 goals and 3 assists in 41 games played, driving Ten Hag to consider his exit from the team. In this sense, Borussia Dortmund has appeared as the preferred destination for the player in case of leaving Old Trafford, but the German team's offer doesn't seem profitable for Manchester United.

Sancho could be pushing to get the deal done

According to the Global Transfer Expert Ekrem Konur, Manchester has recently rejected a Jadon Sancho loan offer from Borussia Dortmund, as the Mancunian team has said to be ready only to listen to bids of €50 million for the player. The player could be pushing to get the deal done, but at the moment, United resists.
