The returning date for Tyrell Malacia at Manchester United was finally revealed

Manchester United’s coach Erik Ten Hag would have received great news in the last few days, as he was told the returning date of one important player in his squad, who could contribute to strengthening the team’s defense and adding solidity, versatility and quality to that area of the squad.

The player in question is the Dutchman’s compatriot Tyrell Malacia, who currently is recovering from a knee injury he suffered after joining the Red Devils in the summer transfer market window from Feyenoord for €15 million due to the main request made by Ten Hag to the Manchester United’s owners.

However, according to the English journalist Samuel Luckhurst from the Mancunian journal Manchester Evening Standard, Tyrell Malacia would be close to return to action with the Red Devils, after not having played so far this season following an operation of his knee in the summer who avoided to make his debut with the team in official competition.

The player suffered a setback during his rehabilitation

Following these sources, the player would have suffered a setback during his rehabilitation, which would have required further surgery. In this sense, the player’s surgery would have been successfully completed and Malacia would be now back at Carrington and working hard to be fit early in the new year
