Liverpool's universe has been impacted in the last few hours with the big news of a possible club movement to sign the 24-year-old star Kylian Mbappe which could cause a big impact in the Premier League and in the hegemony that Pep Guardiola and Erling Haaland could be trying to set.

According to the the FIFA agent Marco Kirdemir, the Anfield team is ready to offer an amount close to €300 million for Mbappe consisting of a €250 million offer plus bonus for him and big news for the Anfield team could come up throughout the coming week, as the Qatari PSG owner has already expressed his desire on reaching an agreement with Mbappe, either sign a contract extension or being sold in this transfer market window.

Despite everybody at Liverpool seem be extremely happy with this huge news, there is somebody who could be against the signing of the French star, and could be looking forward to take a decision as response to the possible Mbappe’s arrival to Anfield. This is the case of Darwin Nuñez, who could potentially be the new leading striker in the Liverpool’s attack after the exit of Bobby Firmino.

What would be the Mbappe’s impact on Liverpool?

The 24-year-old French striker of PSG is one of the world football stars, and he could be a strong way to face Manchester City’s superiority in the Premier League. Having scored 41 goals in 43 games, Kylian Mbappe seems the only candidate able to face the 52 goals in 53 games of Erling Haaland. Meanwhile, Darwin Nuñez would see his options as main striker totally reduced with the arrival of the French striker, and could be looking for a transfer soon if the negotiation between Liverpool and PSG come to end.
