Manchester City surprised the football fans in the last few hours revealing that the English defender Kyle Walker will renew his contract with the club until 2026 with a funny video posted by the club on their official social media, which in just a few minutes went viral among the fans, celebrating the creativity of the Citizen organization.
In this sense, it is worth remembering that Kyle Walker was linked with a move to Bayern Munchen during the summer, when even the Citizen would have considered to include the French defender Benjamin Pavard in the negotiations for the player, as a potential replacement of the versatile English right back.
However, Manchester City’s coach Pep Guardiola would have to convince the English international to make part of his project at the club, revealing him the key role he could play for the team in the next few years and the ambitions they could make true if the player stayed at the club.
In consequence, Manchester City reached an agreement with the player to renew his contract with the club until 2026, which was announced in the last few hours through a video posted on the club’s social media, where Kyle Walker gives a speech in an elegant entourage, dressed as a politician shouting “I’m not leaving” for three times while his teammates in the room clap his decision.
