Liverpool’s midfielder Wataru Endo was one of the best players for Japan national team in their 4-1 win against Canada in a friendly game played in Nigata, where the Liverpool player performed sensationally in the team’s midfield, leading it to develop great offensive transitions during the game.

In one of them, the midfielder showed all his abilities as a number 6 player, stopping the attack of the rival with a beautiful tackle and setting very quickly an effective counterattack for his team, who combined really well in the forward line to create a goal chance that his teammates profited to beat the Canadian goalkeeper.

It happened at the 49th minute of the game, when Endo cut the advance of the rival to orchest the offensive transition for his team, that ended on the boots of the  Fortuna Düsseldorf midfielder Ao Tanaka, who scored the fourth goal for the Japan to seal a wonderful 4-0 trash against Canada.

In this sense, Endo proved one more time his experience and ability to be develop as the number 6 of Liverpool, and despite of having lacked opportunities in the last few games with the Reds, the Japanese player would be determined to show his level at the club, where he currently has played eight games this season having given an assist in the Carabao Cup against Leicester City.
