The French superstar would have joined this ex United player in Al Hilal

According to the media, the French superstar Kylian Mbappe would have recently rejected a huge offer from the Saudi club Al Hilal to be one of the best paid players in the world. The Saudi team made a £259 million offer to PSG to sign the player, and Mbappe would have been offered a one year contract with a salary of £600 million.

However, the French 24-year-old striker would have rejected the offer, since he would prefer to continue his career in Europe rather than going to play at the Saudi Pro League. This would have made him one of the best paid players in the league, like Mbappe’s compatriot Karim Benzema, who earns £14.5 million a year.

In this sense, Mbappe could also have been ahead some of the Al Hilal topstars, like Sergej Milinkovic-Savic (£4.9 million), recently signed from Lazio, Ruben Neves (£3 million), who arrived from Wolverhampton, or Kalidou Koulibaly (£15.6 million), who arrived from Chelsea, or another French player like Bafetimbi Gomis, who earns £6,4 million a year.

This ex Manchester United’s salary would also be behind Mbappe’s

Meanwhile, Mbappe's salary could have been higher than any other player in Al Hilal and in the whole Saudi Pro League. For example, Mbappe’s salary would have been above of the ex United player Odion Ighalo, who played for the Red Devils from 2020 to 2021, and currently earns £4 million a year,  and he would have shared team with Kylian Mbappe at Al Hilal in case the French superstar would have accepted the offer th Saudi club offer.
