The UEFA Champions League final between Manchester City and Inter Milan in Istanbul, Turkey, is approaching. Josep Guardiola's side will be looking to claim the treble and etch their name in the history of European competition for all eternity and beyond.
Guardiola knows how important the game is, and he has already shown the power of his team by winning the FA Cup against Manchester United, bringing joy to his fans and proving that Erling Haaland, Kevin de Bruyne and Ílkay Gündogan are at their best.
And perhaps, for the near future, they are thinking of bringing more world stars into their squad to have an epoch-making generation. Managing to bring in other world-class players would not be a problem for the Citizens, who already show financial muscle in every summer transfer window.
Kylian Mbappé is the object of desire of all teams. Although he is still tied to Paris Saint-Germain, no one can say that he can talk to other teams and that they can convince him. The Premier League is one of the most powerful and it would be an interesting challenge for the French World Cup winner.
While at the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix, Kylian Mbappe spoke about the match and admitted he wants the Citizens to win: "It's going to be a great game, I'm going to watch it. I think Manchester City will win," the talented French striker told the media.
